COMMERCIAL COIL CLEANING

If you need your system cleaned, let Americoil use our impressive coil cleaning method. Here are our steps with Air Cooled Condensers:

Upon arrival, we'll shut down your unit down
All access panels to the coil are removed
We'll vacuum your evaporator and condenser coils
We'll spray both sides of the coil to get rid of dirt or blockage
We'll pressure wash both sides of the coil
All water is removed and the unit is put back together
We'll clean the drain liners, drip pans and pump lines
The unit will be put back to the settings prior to cleaning

Americoil can also clean your unit through a powerful water method. Here are our steps with Water Cooled Condensers:

We'll inspect the unit, including the pipes and fittings
Turn off valves to isolate the coil from the tower
We'll circulate the necessary chemicals to break up the blockage in the pipes
We'll flush and dilute the chemical with fresh water
Shut-off valves to the water tower are re-opened
